Welcome students and parents! My name is Ashley Myers and I am so excited to be a Lake Creek Lion! 

 

I grew up here in Montgomery and graduated from Montgomery High School c/o 2007. I continued my education at         Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agricultural Sciences. 

 

My fiancé, Justin and I love to enjoy the outdoors with our two very spoiled pups, Lacey and Daisey!

Welcome Floral Design students!

 

With the current changes, lets choose to embrace this new style of teaching / learning!

This will be a learning curve for us all... but at the same time, a great opportunity!

Look at the positives of this time period... I've chosen to! We'll all be back in the classroom before you know it!

Lets enjoy this time with our family!  :) 

 

The way your Floral Design class will look is as follows:

We will be using a program called "iCEV". Mrs. Dolley and I have chosen this path of teaching so that you, as students have all of the necessary tools to learn the material. The program is completely interactive and easy-to-use! 

 

Click on the link below for an easy "How-to" video for setting up your account and submitting assignments!

So, this is how it will work...

  1. ) View my websites' "calendar" for the current weeks' assignment.
  2. ) Then, log-in to your account on www.icevonline.com (*** See below for iCEV registration instructions)
  3. ) In iCEV: You will see the week's current lesson.
  4. ) Click "View Lesson"
  5. ) On your screen you will see:
    • (Top) - Powerpoint / Video for the lesson
    • (Left) - "Printables" which are option to print if you'd like)
    • (Right) - "Interactive"
      • *** Activities: Each must be completed ( unlimited attempts )
      • *** Assessment: Complete by Friday ( 3 attempts )

     6.) And that's it!! Try your best and as always... I'll be here to answer any questions you have!!

 

 **** iCEV Instructions: ****

  1. ) Go to www.icevonline.com
  2. ) Click on "Student Registration" at the top right of the page.
  3. ) Fill out with the log-in information you would like to use. (The Registration Code is: MONMYERS001)
  4. .) And that's it!! :)
  • ** If you are in multiple Ag courses that are using iCEV… simply click the "Add Course/Certification" button at the top of your "My Courses" page. From there, enter the Course Registration Code from that class, then click "Submit". If you have any questions... don't hesitate to ask!! :)
