LCHS BELL SCHEDULE:
Hello! My name is Kelli Baggett and I welcome you to my LCHS Teacher Webpage. This is my 10th year in education and my 4th year with MISD: 3 Years as a Bear and now my 1st year at LION! I have been placed in an array of positions which include theatre, special education, speech and debate. I sincerely love EVERY student I work with and look forward to working with EACH OF YOU this school year!
Currently, I am enrolled at The University of Houston working to obtain my Master's Degree in Theatre Education. I've had the opportunity to study abroad at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London as well as at the Alley Theatre in Houston. Also, I've studied under renowned theatre professors at UH while being surrounded by incredibly talented theatre educators from around the world who were carefully selected to participate in this prestigious 3-year program. I look forward to completing this program in the Summer of 2021 because I know it will help me be the best that I can be, as a teacher, for the students I've been called to serve.
I obtained my undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Theatre Education, graduating with honors in December of 2010.
I have been married to my husband, Johnny, for 17 years and we have been blessed with two wonderful girls - Jessi and Faith.
I look forward to sharing the love I have for others, my servant heart, as well as the love I have for learning, with every student I'm fortunate enough to interact with. I truly desire to help nourish EVERY student's God given abilities so that they will flourish in both an academic environment and the community in which they reside.
Montgomery Independent School District, with an unyielding commitment to excellence, will provide a premier academic program that recognizes the unique potential of each student and integrates the intellectual, social, cultural and physical aspects of learning.
