Ms. Cooley's graduation picture

My name is Michelle Cooley. I teach 7th grade Science at Montgomery Junior High. I graduated from Sam Houston in December of 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies focusing on 4th-8th grade Math and Science. "Eat Em Up Kats!"  I grew up in Montgomery for most of my childhood and am beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to be back in my hometown doing what I love.

I believe that children are our future...
I believe that each and every child has the potential to bring something unique and special to the world. I enjoy helping children to develop their potential by believing in them as capable individuals. I believe in assisting children in discovering who they are, so they can express their own opinions and nurture their own ideas. I have a vision of a world where people learn to respect, accept, and embrace the differences between us, as the core of what makes life so fascinating.

{So often you find that the students your trying to INSPIRE are often the ones that end up inspiring you.} -Sean Junkins

My conference period is 6th period.  You can contact me at Michelle.Schaefle@misd.org at your convenience.
