Mrs. Cheryl Hartner
Welcome to MJHS 8th grade Science.  This year will be my fifteenth year teaching science and my fifth year teaching in MISD.  I grew up in Willis, TX and continued my education at Stephen F. Austin State University where I graduated in 2005 with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in 4-8 science.

I have lived here in Montgomery with my husband, Craig, and our daughter, Caitlin for 13 years and love it.  When we aren't at home, you can find us at the softball fields, camping and enjoying the outdoors.

I have a true passion for teaching.  I knew from a young age that I would be a teacher when I got older and here I am living the dream!  I'm working to change the world though teaching students to be free thinkers and explorers of life.
