Mrs. Jill Carswell

I am proud to be a Montgomery teacher!!!  I grew up in Ganado, TX (near Victoria) and graduated in 1995.  After graduation I attended Stephen F. Austin State University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Science and Masters of Education.  I began teaching in 2000 and my experiences range from Second Grade, First Grade, Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten and PPCD (Preschool Program for Children with Disabilities).  This year is my third year in 5th grade and I love it!! I have a real love for science and social studies and all the fun we get to have in class.

My husband, Jon, and I have lived in Montgomery for 11 years.  We have been blessed with three wonderful children, Emma (15), Abby(13) and Tucker(9).

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
