Throw Kindness Like Confetti
Meghan Stidham Family
Meghan Stidham

My name is Meghan Stidham and I teach 2nd grade at Keenan Elementary. I have been teaching since 2015, and I joined the MISD team in 2018 and I absolutely love it here!

I’ve taught Kinder, 1st grade, and 2nd grade and I truly believe I have found my passion in life as a teacher! I started out as a substitute in Katy ISD, and started teaching there until my husband and I moved to Montgomery and had our beautiful daughter, Peyton, and she is the love of our lives!

I graduated from Sam Houston State University (Eat ‘Em Up, Kats!) and I am certified to teach Early Childhood-6th grade and I also hold a certification in English as a second language (ESL).

I love teaching these kiddos reading, writing, and social studies; it truly warms my heart to watch them become stronger readers as the year goes on. I love to have them read and write around the room while they collaborate and learn with each other. Your child isn’t just my student, they’re my kids, too, and I will love them like they’re my own!
