Welcome to the Montgomery Elementary Library!
I am so excited to be the librarian for MES! I have 17 years teaching experience with 15 of those as a fourth grade ELA and SS teacher and two years as a librarian. Books are my passion. Sharing that with children is a dream come true!

When I am not at school, I am busy with my two children, dog, and turtle. My husband works for our Alma Matter, Sam Houston State University, so we attend a lot of football, basketball, and baseball games. Go Kats!!!
Please feel free to contact me at pbarfield@misd.org or 936-276-3600. My conference period is from 3:15-4:15 daily. Our fax number is 936-597-6339 and address is 20774 Eva Street, Montgomery, Texas 77356.

We also have an official
Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram where you can see what's new in the library. Follow the MES Library on Twitter at @MESBearBooks!
