Welcome to Mrs. Rodgers' Class

I am so excited to be a part of the Montgomery Elementary family!
After graduating from Sam Houston State University, I taught grades 1-4 in Conroe, and now this is my third year in Montgomery.  I have been teaching 23 years.

I am looking forward to a great year in 3rd grade teaching Language Arts and Social Studies!  I hope your child loves reading as much as I do!

My family and I have lived in Montgomery for 17 years.  My husband, Brad, owns his own flooring and remodeling business.  We have three children.  My oldest, Bennett, will be a sophomore at Blinn College this fall.  He is also employed at Gold's Gym as a personal trainer and is majoring in Physiology.  I also have twins, Carly and Jackson, that will be juniors at Montgomery High School.   Carly is very involved in the Montgomery Choir.  She is participating in Jazz Girls and Chorale Women this year.  Jackson is our sports fanatic.   He is a lineman for the Varsity football team, throws the discus and shot put for Varsity Track, and is a catcher for a select baseball team.   I have enjoyed watching them grow up in Montgomery ISD since kindergarten!  Go Bears!!
